21 May 2011 - Quick update on my current work - will be rushin later to complete the arms and then finish up the low poly today hopefully. Though if cant catch up with the competition dateline, i will still finish this nicely for personal portfolio.

- No zbrush or 3D sculpting involved, pure poly modeling (quite pain in the ass lolz)

Dominance War 5 - Updates

I should had upload the image updates in progression but been busy with college stuffs and all, sigh... but here they are. Currently progressing in detailing the model more. More toward mecha in knight form design.

Been Busy Lately

I have been busy with University assignment and slowly progressing on personal project. Though, I currently find any extra time to focus on the Dominance War 5 this year. Hope I complete and submit my entry this year DW5.

Cancelation of Reshooting

Shakeel from Yoyoskeel told me that we don't need to do any reshooting at the moment. Therefore I had to come with other solution to solve with the greenscreen and camera frame rate problems. I will see what I can do with them.

Probably going have to use the old traditional method, frame by frame of cleaning up greenscreen anomaly.

Life is getting better and better plus tiring lolz.

Greenscreen + Camera Matchmove Test no.12

Sorry for the slow update. Currently balancing my time with other jobs.

Probably will need to re-shoot again due to some framerate problem with Canon SLR. Greenscreen 'Blue' marker will also need to be altered for easy masking when doing video composition.

Anyway, background is not final though the props are ready to be composed for level. More toward industrial theme background. I m still deciding either do textures for props or not. If I leave the props all grey, they look clean and audience can focus more toward actor and the yoyo. I will go with the flow and see how the outcome will be.

Yoyo has been changed from 'Stalker' to 'Solid'. So promotional video is more toward Yoyoskeel 'Solid'.

I will try my best to complete the video before March. No promises XDDD

Greenscreen + Camera Matchmove Test no.06

This is my first time involve with a greenscreen and camera matchmove project. I still need to adjust the greenscreen set with better lightings and cleaner surface. Small space for greenscreen was a bad idea. Therefore, I already setup 2nd greenscreen set with larger space. Need to re-shoot again later for better asset for video editing.

However, the main test here is to get the camera matchmove right and it seems to be working fine. Need to conduct few more tests and later do a final full shot promo video for Yoyoskeel 'Stalker'

Lotsa things to do, Little time to execute

currently my mind is filled with a greenscreen project for Yoyoskeel product, Stalker. This gonna be my first greenscreen project ever. I have been wanting to do greenscreen since years ago and now i decided to take forth and proceed with my past wish and make it a reality. hope everything goes well :DDD

also at the same time, i have been itchin to model out Berserk Curse Armor from the Berserk Manga. Hope this can be done before the beginning of the main event global competition, Dominance War 5 (2011)
